Hosts Qld North will tip off proceedings on the morning of Day 1 when they take on ACT.

Every state and territory is represented in the Under-18 men’s competition, which is also split into two groups.

Vic Metro will also be desperate for redemption after they won bronze last year following four Championships from the previous five years.

Group games for the Under-18’s run from Saturday, April 13 to Wednesday, April 17 before finals begin on Thursday, April 18.

The women’s gold medal game will be held at 5pm on Saturday, April 20 with the men’s gold medal game scheduled for 7pm.

The Kevin Coombs Cup begins on Wednesday with six teams vying for this year’s Championship.

Victoria are aiming to become the first team to go back-to-back since 2015 after they won their first title last year but they will need to get past two Queensland teams that will be keen for success in front of home crowds while a composite Queensland/South Australia side will also compete.

Kevin Coombs Cup group stage games run through to the final day of the tournament before the bronze medal game is played at 1pm and the gold medal game at 3pm.
