MASTER ARZANI 4th Dan black belt with 27 years of training experience in various styles. Teaching for over 15 years to all ages. MR. CASTRO 3rd Dan black belt with over 18 years in the martial arts. Teaching for the past 8 years. We strive to portray an encouraging and motivating role to all students as well as a lead by example attitude. Being a positive role model to our students motivates us to better ourselves as we guide students to improve their character through martial arts training. Our programs teach self-defense using strikes and escapes from common grabs. We split our classes by age groups in order to reach full learning potential. We offer classes for kids as young as 4yrs , teens, and adults. Our training sessions will keep you fit and healthy both physically and mentally.
