Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic on his current situation
Just before the international break, Christian Pulisic notched an assist for Chelsea.
After coming off the bench in the second half at Southampton, Pulisic threaded a tidy pass through to fellow-sub Michy Batshuayi.
Batshuayi scored Chelsea’s fourth in their 4-1 away win.
For Pulisic, it’s been a testing opening eight matches of the Premier League season.
After featuring heavily in Chelsea’s first four matches of the league season, Pulisic has only picked up 10 minutes in Chelsea’s last four outings.
However, as quoted by the Independent, Pulisic has spoken positively about his current situation.
Pulisic is feeling amazing & very confident
While away on American international duty, Pulisic said:
I feel the best I ever have. I feel very confident in my game.
I’m not going to let any of that (lack of playing time at Chelsea) affect me.
I feel very strong, and I’m really looking forward to this game (on) Friday.
The Americans take on Cuba this Friday before a match against Canada on Tuesday.
