Hey all, I’m from a small town in North Dakota(about 300 people). Chances are, this kid will be playing Center, and I only ever played a guard position when I was in high school.

Speed, Strength, and Vertical Training

And any ways to make it fun. All help or tips will be appreciated, I just want to make it an overall good program(doing it for free because he cant necessarily afford to pay). We will be using our local high school gym, so we have weights, boxes, obviously a court, and other miscellaneous workout equipment. I’ve looked up exercises, just looking for what has worked for other people!
