To begin making the Gawar Phali Masala Sabzi Recipe, place the gawar phali in the pressure cooker, sprinkle salt and 2 tablespoons water. Pressure cook for 1 whistle and turn off the heat.

Once the onions are soft, add asafoetida, tomatoes and let it cook till the tomatoes become soft and mushy.
Next, add coriander powder, groundnut powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and cook for about a minute.
After a minute, add the steamed cluster beans/gawar and saute for a couple of minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water and give the Gawar Phali Masala Sabzi Recipe a brisk boil. Check the salt and spices and adjusts accordingly.
After a minute of brisk boil, turn off the heat and transfer the Gawar Phali Masala Sabzi Recipe into a serving bowl, stir in the coriander leaves and serve hot.
