The shameful Birmingham City fan who attacked Grealish is called Paul Mitchell.

In the aftermath of the Villa game, Birmingham confirmed that Paul Mitchell has been served with a lifetime ban.

Moreover, the Birmingham supporter has been jailed for 14 weeks after pleading guilty to assault and illegally entering the field of play.

Yet, in a sad indictment on modern football fans, some Birmingham supporters are celebrating Paul Mitchell’s criminal behaviour.

Over the weekend, a couple of shameful pictures have appeared on social media.

In one image, two young boys were pictured holding a St George’s flag with the words “only one Paul Mitchell” written on it.
