Maccabi Hunter Haifa (Winner League) signed 29-year old American swingman Scott Suggs (197-88kg-89, college: Washington). He played last season at GS Kymis in Greek A1 league. In 25 games he had 13.4ppg, 4.0rpg and 1.9apg.
The previous (17-18) season Suggs played at Happy Casa Brindisi (Serie A) in Italian league where in 30 games he recorded 11.4ppg, 3.0rpg and 1.4apg.
In 2013 he was drafted by Santa Cruz Warriors (D-League) in first round (15th overall).
The former University of Washington staris in his seventh season in pro basketball.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2016.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Suggs’ college team won Pac-10 Tournament for two years in a row (2010 and 2011).
He has played also professionally in France (Chalon/Saor), Spain (La ICL Manresa) and NBA G League (Erie Bay Hawks and Raptors 905 Missisauga).

Ironi Nahariya (Winner League) agreed terms with 24-year old Israeli ex-international guard Egor Koulechov (196-95kg-94, college: Florida). Koulechov played last season at Hapoel Unet Holon. In 11 Winner League games he had 9.2ppg, 5.6rpg and 1.1apg. Koulechov also played for Rishon that season where in 26 Winner League games he recorded 11.5ppg, 5.4rpg, 1.5apg and 1.1spg. Koulechov also represented Israel at the World University Games in Taipei (Taiwan) two years ago. His stats at that event were 8 games: 15.1ppg, 4.9rpg, 1.1apg, FGP: 56.0%, 3PT: 41.9%, FT: 61.1%.
Koulechov graduated from University of Florida in 2018 and it will be his second season as a professional player.

Hapoel Jerusalem (Winner League) landed 28-year old Lithuanian center Mindaugas Kupsas (217-125kg-91, agency: Octagon Europe). He played most recently at Lietkabelis in Lithuanian LKL league. In 42 games he averaged 9.0ppg and 4.8rpg last season. Kupsas helped them to make it to the semifinals. He also played 14 games in Basketball Champions League where he had 8.7ppg and 4.4rpg. Kupsas is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to four different countries on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). Kupsas has played previously professionally in Estonia (Kalev/Cramo), Spain (Bodegas Rioja Vega Logrono) and Austria (Hallmann).
