Kevin Durant on Nets: “I felt like we didn’t have an identity to start the season”

    Kevin Durant was close to a triple-double with 26 points, 16 rebounds and 8 assists as the Nets defeated the Hawks (108-107) for the tenth consecutive win.

    This past offseason he issued an ultimatum to the team this past offseason to choose between him and head coach Steve Nash and general manager Sean Marks.

    Nets owner Joe Tsai rejected Durant’s demand, but Nash still got fired early into the season as the team was struggling to win games.
