Young set the existing world record of 46.78 in the final of the 1992 Olympic Games and he is currently studying for a master’s degree in sports integrity and ethics at the University of Swansea.

Other standout speakers at the three day conference include Danish head coach Mikkel Larsson, British Athletics High Performance Coach Benke Blomquist, renowned British coach Nick Dakin and German national team coach Jan Mey.
