GAINESVILLE, FL (9/23/19)  –The Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) announced Monday that the Softball State Championships will return to Clermont as part of a three-year partnership with PFX Athletics. Located on the same site as the National Training Center (Clermont), the event was last held at the complex in 2012. Dates for the 2020 event are scheduled for May 19-23.

“PFX Athletics is thrilled that the Florida High School Softball State Championships are returning to Legends Way Ballfields in Clermont,” said Events Coordinator Bob Borak. “With Clermont’s rolling hills and central location, it is a great place for teams from all around the state to come and play.  The FHSAA Softball State Championships will be added to our other major events that we host here at Legends Way along with The Sun Conference Championship, PGF Southern Championship and THE Spring Games which is the largest College Softball Event in the World.  FHSAA and PFX Athletics are a great fit together and we are looking forward to a long lasting partnership.”

The 2021 event will take place May 18-22, while the 2022 event being will occur May 17-21 Advance ticket information will be available via GoFan, the exclusive digital ticketing provider for the FHSAA.
