VoomZone is not an insurance producer, agency, or carrier

VoomZone is a consumer lead-generation and matching marketplace. We connect people shopping for auto, home, life, business, umbrella, and specialty insurance with licensed independent producers, agencies, and carrier representatives. VoomZone itself is not:

• A licensed insurance producer, agent, broker, MGA, MGU, or navigator in any state
• An insurance carrier, reinsurer, or risk-bearing entity
• A managing agency, adjuster, or third-party administrator
• A registered investment adviser or fiduciary
• A government agency, exchange, or state department of insurance

Because we are not licensed to transact insurance, we do not:

• Solicit, negotiate, or sell insurance
• Bind coverage or issue policies
• Collect premiums or hold client funds
• Quote binding premiums, guarantee coverage, or make eligibility determinations
• Adjust or pay claims
• Provide legal, tax, or fiduciary advice

What we do

We collect the information you voluntarily provide (contact info, ZIP, line of coverage of interest, vehicle/home/business details, etc.) and route it to one or more licensed insurance producers or their marketing partners who can quote and bind coverage on your behalf. Any resulting policy is a contract between you and the carrier issuing it, sold by the licensed producer you choose.

What this means for you

• Any quote or premium you receive is provided by the licensed producer or carrier, not by VoomZone.
• All policy terms, exclusions, endorsements, and claims obligations are set by the carrier's contract and applicable state law — not by anything shown on this site.
• You are free to shop with any licensed producer or directly with any carrier; you are not required to purchase through any agent contacted through VoomZone.
• VoomZone may be compensated by producers or marketing partners when we route a lead. This does not add cost to your policy.

Regulatory framework

Because VoomZone does not transact insurance, we are not licensed by any state department of insurance. Producers we route leads to are individually licensed in the states where they solicit and sell coverage; you can verify any producer's license through your state's department of insurance.
